Rules / Regs on selling carrier oils?
Hello, I am a baby massage instructor and am thinking about selling massage oil. These would be very simple preparations of Sunflower oil mixed with maybe one or two other vegetable based oils. No aromatherapy as it's for very young babies.
Could anyone point me in the direction of any advice on any regs I should be aware of to do this. Does this fall under selling cosmetics or food? not sure where to start so any advice welcomed. thank you
