Are holding a one day workshop
on SUNDAY 13th MAY 2007 10am - 5pm
at WYLAM INSTITUTE, WYLAM NE41 8AP
This workshop will explore those exercises that enable us to become most effective in our practice. Exercises from the oriental tradition vary enormously, sometimes very formal and structured, and others more loose and free - but both approaches have the same intent, namely to enable the practitioner to find their own "authentic movement".
We will visit (or revisit for some) a few of these practices, keeping alive the dynamic between form and formlessness.
Cost is £40
You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, cushion/blanket and a notebook.
