Meeting this coming Sunday, 3rd March

Hi everyone, I'm really excited about the meeting this coming Sunday and hope to see, connect and reconnect with lots of you. Our meeting will be taking place at The Natural Gateway Clinic, 121 Theobald Street, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 4PT from 11am until 1pm. I have had to jiggle around the topics for the meetings a little and am delighted to confirm that we will be enjoying and interactive and experiential Buteyko Breathing workshop with the wonderful Jen Tiller, founder of Healerzone and a successful therapist and remarkable lady.
