HI Everyone, Apologies for being so quiet of late, after a busy and exciting end to the year I have had to keep my head down to focus on tying up loose ends and preparing for what promises to be an exiting, incredible year ahead. I have had several massages enquiring about meeting dates for the year and hope that even more of you can join us this year... here are the dates and provisional topics for the next 6 months ;-) 3 March 2013 - An Experiential Session of Thai Chi 12 May 2013 - Marketing Masterclass with Annalisa Zisman 7 July 2013 - Buteyko Breathing with Jen Tiller As before, we will be meeting from 11am - 1pm.
