South West London Meeting

Hi Our next meeting was scheduled for the 2nd of April. But I wanted to do something a little different and have a Gong bath for all who would like to attend, as such we would not be able to meet during library opening times. So I was hoping to have the hoping to have the meeting on Sunday the 30th of March 6-8 PM as usual. For those of you unfamiliar with Gong baths they are a beautiful sound experience. A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about healing; this can be done as a one to one or group treatment. The term gong bath means that you are bathed in sound waves, there is no water involved, or clothes removed. Ideally you will experience the gong bath lying comfortably on your back. You will need to bring along a blanket and a pillow. So please let me know how many of you would be able to attend,. Here are the choices again: Gong Bath on the 30th of March OR Other topic on the 2nd of April Apologies for the delay, the email system seems to be having problems. Thanks Lavina Carrasco
