South West London Meeting 31st March Sound Bath

Speaker: Judith Quin
Judith is a natural healer, qualified massage therapist and actress. She is currently training as a life-coach. Since 2008, she has been working with sound healing and meditation.
Judith runs workshops and seminars which encourages you to explore your own vocal vulnerabilities when required to speak in public.
On the 31st Judith will be giving a short talk on Sound Therapy and meditation. And we will then have the opportunity to experience a session. This is an amazing experience that will be appreciated by everyone.
PLEASE NOTE: Bring a yoga mat or towel and a blanket if you can, as we will be laying on the floor during the sound meditation. Please be sure you have what you need to be comfortable on the floor for 30-40 minutes.
We suggest you wear layers as body temperature may fluctuate during or after the meditation.
We hope you will be able to join us. Please invite family and friends if you feel they would be interested or would benefit from the evening.
NOTE: There is a small contribution of £5 for members and £6 for non-members to cover the costs of room hire and refreshments)

As a group we worked with our breath and voice to experience a relaxing sound healing. We explored our voices as instruments to reconnect with our deeper self.
Judith is holding a Confidence Through Voice Workshop on 30th May at Xania near Waterloo.
