SW London Meeting 20th November
Hi All
Another fantastic attendance and awesome evening and we had some new faces which is always great. The evening kicked off with ideas for future meetings before Annalisa took the group through a range of gentle moves and floor exercises to help stretch us out before relaxing with some music and meditations. An ambient evening finished with everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed with an opportunity to network before heading home.

At our next meeting Graeme Marsh will be presenting on practical tools for Stress management. Graeme is a top London Personal Trainer ,Author and Speaker who has written over 100 articles for magazines including Mens Health, Mens Fitness,Health and Fitness, Marie Claire,and many more and supplied expert comment to the likes of the Times and Metro. Graeme has also helped produce content for nationwide advertising campaigns and initiatives giving expert advice on training and nutrition. A great healthy start to take us in to the new year an evening not to be missed.
