AC (Aromatherapy Council) Registration
Here is my response to the recent communication from the AC (Aromatherapy Council) regarding membership and registration. I believe several of you may have been contacted about this by Carole Preen.
"Hi Carole - many thanks for your letter and registration documents.
On this occasion, having been a longstanding member of the AC, I've decided to wait for the FIH report on Aromatherapy - hopefully, out around next Spring.
I've seen the one they've produced for Reflexology/Reflexology organisations and I'm impressed. I suspect they will do the same for Aromatherapy and other Holistic/Complementary therapies.
In the meantime, I am licenced to practice as an aromatherapist, and fully covered to do so by The Complementary Therapists' Association, my professional body, and promoted to the public as such by Embody.
