Embody meeting on Saturday 7th December
One of our members has requested that we post this on the Forum site as well as the local email, so that if you're not in our group, you have a chance to see what we have on!
Christmas is sneaking up on us, so why don't you take some time off from the frenzy and come to our meeting on 7th December from 10am till 12 noon in the Church Crypt at St Margarets, in Dunfermline For anyone who has not been before, just ask and we'll send directions.
Our meeting will be in two parts this time, the first half will be a short talk and demonstration of the Bowen Technique, a gentle Australian modality which I have found to be particularly effective and the speaker on this occasion will be me, Annette! I've been using this therapy for 5 years now and am always astounded by how well it works.
The second half of the meeting will be to discuss next year's meetings. If you have any ideas, please bring them along, or if you can't attend feel free to email them to me or Val. Val and I are noticing that attendances to our meetings is decreasing and would like to find out if there's a particular reason, i.e. working, etc., or not having the right mix of speakers to make it interesting enough for you to attend.
