Meeting on Saturday 26th July
Just a reminder to everyone that the next meeting is on Saturday 26 July at 10 am. It will be held in the usual place, St Margaret's Church in Dunfermline. For this meeting we have Hazel Dorey leading us in a relaxation and guided visualisation, using various techniques. Hazel has asked that you bring with you something to lie on, a blanket and a cushion as we may have to lie down on the floor at some point. Depending on how many attend we may end up like sardines in a tin!
