Meeting Saturday 27 March
Could I please have names of those attending the canoeing event (Kinghorn Loch) to pass on to Ailsa Pattie who is coordinating this event? Email me only if you will be there (not if you won't!).

hi all
The canoeing is just a fun taster, social, bonding, adventure!! Call it what you like!! I can't offer to teach anyone in the local group anything that most of them don't know at present BUT I can offer this as something different
We, as coaches, are at least Scottish Canoe Association Level 11 up to Level V dependant on who is there on the day
It is not mandatory that you can swim as you will be wearing a bouyancy aid - lack of fear of water would be a good thing though & also a want for fun & to try something different or retry something you did YEARS ago!!
The kayaks we use a smallish one person jobs but if I know that anyone is not comfortable with this I will arrange for extra coaches to be out with us & we have canadian canoes - bigger 2, 3 , 4 people machines!!
I would be really grateful if I could know how many of you guys are going to come as I will try & increase numbers from outwith Tayforth Embody, if required, so that the experience is more fun for those that do want to try it!!!
Any queries please get in touch
ailsa@island0210.freeserve.co.uk
Will give you more details nearer the time as to what you will need to wear / bring!
