Meeting Saturday 27 March
We will meet at Kinghorn Loch at 10 am - Head for Craigencault Ecology Centre and park in the car park right down at the loch side where the buildings are!
You will get a wetsuit, wind cag & bouyancy aid - you need to bring a swimsuit for modesty changing, (we change in the canoe store!!) a warm fleecy fabric jumper, change of shoes that can get wet, hat if its cool & towel - flask of coffee if you want for afterwards!! Sense of fun!! If anyone wears glassses they need to be attached via a headstarp or similar!! Not easy to find at the bottom of the loch if they fall off!!
Look forward to seeing those that are coming on saturday!

Dawn, Valerie + friend, Linda, Leslie, Ailsa and I met at Kinghorn Loch for the experience of a lifetime. Whilst they sailed up and down the loch in their kayaks , brilliantly coached by Ailsa. I counted them out and then back in, and took some wonderful photographs which will be shown as a slide show at our next meeting in July (therapies exchange day).
Many thanks to Ailsa for organising it all. Definitely an event to be repeated!
Hope to see as many Tayforth members as possible in July. Please bring along your equipment (couches etc) for the exchange day.
