Next Embody Local Group Meeting Saturday 20th March

Hi Folks Just to remind you, that the next Embody local group meeting is on Saturday 20th March, to be held at our usual venue - St Margarets Church Hall, (opposite the Carnegie Hall) Dunfermline, between 10.00 and 12.00 noon. Our talk, for this session, will be from Valery Cowan. After leading us in a guided meditation Valery will be showing us how to work with Crystals and Angel Cards in an energy sensing exercise. As the hall can be chilly when doing meditation work, it might be an idea to wear warm layers, or bring a wrap. It would be much appreciated if you can let me (Val) know if you intend coming along to the meeting so that we can get an idea of how many will be attending. Hope to see you then. Val & Annette P.S. If you have your own piece of clear quartz crystal, that you would like to work with, please bring it along.

Hi, Just a wee note to say thank you so much for inviting me along to your last meeting. It really was fab. I loved the talk and had an amazing introduction to Angel Cards. Cant wait till the next one.. Take care. Rachael
