Next Embody Meeting - 23rd January - plus dates for the year
Hi everybody and Happy New Year!
Time is rushing on already and it will be the end of January before we know about it! However, good news, we have a meeting before then. Our next meeting will be on 23rd January at the usual place and the usual time ,i.e. St Mgts Crypt at 10am. We thought it might be a good idea to have an exchange therapy again - can you believe our last one was last January.
Rather than try to organise everyone for equipment etc., if you are coming can you, if possible, bring your equipment and we can sort it out on the day?? So pop into the hall first and we'll see what everyone has and wants and organise it then. If you could be really prompt so we all have a good treatment each. We are usually there from around 9.40 am. Just let me or Val know that you intend to be there. Oh and Val and I think that you'd prefer therapies that don't need many clothes removed - that hall can be cold, but if someone wants to offer massage and there are takers I don't mind!

So please put them in your diary now, so that you don't forget!! We have 2 guests organised for coming, but still to firm up the dates and another that I'm working on. If anyone out there knows someone who would like to give a demonstration or talk, please let me or Val know.
So look forward to seeing you in the 23rd - again, let me know if you will be coming so we have an idea of how many will be attending, thanks.

Hi Lorna
We would be very pleased to see you. We are in Dunfermline and our meetings are held in St Margaret's Church, which is directly opposite Carnegie Hall. As you come to the main roundabout for the town centre take the exit that would take you along East Port. The entrance to the church is on the right hand side, very soon after you come off the roundabout. You can park your car in the car park at the back of the church and the hall is on the right hand side if you are looking at the church from its car park. It costs £3 for members to attend, hope to see you there. Annette

We would be pleased to see you as a new attendee!! Massage is great, although the hall can be very cold, but we also usually bring a heater to help. It is from 10am to 12 on Saturday 23rd Jan at the St Margaret's Hall. I've left directions on the previous thread if you're not sure.see you then

We would love to see you at one of our meetings!! The next one is on 20th March. I won't be at that one as I am on holiday, but Val, joint co-ordinator with me will be. She will post the next meeting on the website and you can pick up from there. If you email me at annette@soletherapy.me.uk I will be able to put you on our email list which comes out a bit quicker.
