Relaxation and Guided Visualisation meeting on Saturday 26 July

Those of you who couldn't manage missed a really good meeting. Ten members attended and Hazel did an excellent job of thoroughly chilling us out by the end of the two hours. In fact, if you'd been passing the church on Saturday, the people wandering about just after 12 looking a bit spaced out would be us! The only complaint Hazel had was that she couldn't join in because she was leading the group. Thanks to everyone who managed along and especially to the two new members, Jean and Heather, hope to see you again! The next meeting is at the end of September, looking forward to seeing you, more details will follow shortly......
