Therapies' Exchange Day
12 people enjoyed a terrific Therapies Exchange Day at the Tayforth bi-monthly meet on Saturday 29 July.
St Margaret's RC Parish Church in Dunfermline (our regular meeting place) provided the venue and supplied refreshments and delicious home-baking to compliment the whole body experience!
What was particularly encouraging was the appearance of 8 new faces (2 of them non-Embody members who are now seriously considering joing the CThA)! We opted for complete treatments rather than taster sessions and on offer was Hot Stone Therapy; Reiki; Reflexology; Aromatherapy; Indian Head Massage; Tuina (Chinese massage); Paraffin Wax treatments for the hands. All present benefited from the sessions (see photographs in next issue of Embody Professional!) and we actually over-ran by half an hour!
